SCWK 2233 - Juvenile Delinquency Description A study of the nature, extent, and causes of juvenile delinquency. Primary emphasis is placed on the role of social and environmental factors in the origin of these activities. An examination of the nature of law as it pertains to delinquent behavior, both historically and in contemporary society, and the role of police, courts, corrections, and juvenile institutions are included.
