FDST 1723 - Hospitality Marketing Description (F, S, SUM) The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to basic principles of marketing that are utilized in the hotel and motel and restaurant industries. This course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge and practical experience which will enable them to develop strategic marketing plans for hotel/motel, restaurants and private club properties.
