LEGL 2713 - Bankruptcy Law Description Presents fundamental concepts of bankruptcy law, including the different types of bankruptcies and the substantive/procedural aspects of bankruptcy petitions, hearings, discharges and remedies. Emphasis will be on the paralegal’s ethical and legal role, and the students will become familiar with and draft necessary documents.
Pre-Requisite Completion of LEGL 1043 with a grade greater than or equal to C.
