PLSC 2203H - State & Local Government, Honors Description The organization and functions of state and local governments will be studied with focus on state constitution, as well as the executive, legislative, and executive branches. Additionally, political parties, interest groups, voting, elections, and Arkansas politics and government will also be studied. Note: This is an Honors course.
